The Leonie Circle
Faith-filled support for the quirky family God gave you
Raising neurodivergent kids can feel isolating
especially as a Catholic mom.
You love your children deeply. You see both their gifts and their struggles, and you want to support them well.
But some days feel impossibly complicated.
Mass is unpredictable.
Family prayer rarely looks the way you imagined it would.
School requires constant advocacy (or, if you’re homeschooling, bargaining).
And the parenting advice that seems to work for other Catholic families often doesn’t work in yours.
So somewhere between managing meltdowns, navigating sibling conflicts, making separate meals, and trying to keep the household functioning, you’re also trying to nurture your children’s faith—and your own.
I know that road well.
After 20 years of parenting neurodivergent kids in Catholic spaces, I created the Leonie Circle.
A guided community
for Catholic moms walking that same path

I’m Ginny Kochis, and I’m your Leonie Circle guide
I founded Quirky Catholic Kids in 2017 (then Not So Formulaic) as a haven for moms like you and me: Catholic women raising the unique and unrepeatable; our greatest challenge and our greatest joy.
Over the years, I’ve spent countless hours researching neurodivergence, supporting families, and learning how faith and practical support can work together in real family life. The Leonie Circle is the kind of space I desperately needed when my own children were younger:
An intentional community. A trusted mentor who shared my beliefs. A place where I could find encouragement, a listening ear, and the support I needed to be the mom God intended for my children.
Welcome to the Leonie Circle
The membership where clarity and confidence replace frustration and fear
Named for Servant of God Leonie Martin,
The Leonie Circle avoids quick fixes and one-size-fits-all parenting formulas.
It offers a place to grow steadily through practical teaching, honest conversation, prayer, and the support of a community that understands the joys and challenges of raising neurodivergent children.
Because maybe you’re not stuck, but you’re not thriving, either.
And you’re tired of managing motherhood alone.
Whether you’re navigating executive function, anxiety, school accommodations, faith formation, friendships, or everyday family life, you’ll always have practical guidance and a supportive community to help you take the next step.

Explore an ever-growing collection of videos, workshops, and resources designed to help you navigate neurodivergent family life with greater clarity and peace.
Instead of piecing together advice from dozens of places, you’ll have trusted, Catholic, neurodiversity-affirming guidance all in one place.

Build meaningful relationships with Catholic moms who understand the unique joys and challenges of raising neurodivergent kids.
Instead of feeling like you have to explain your family—or defend your parenting—you’ll find a community that offers encouragement, understanding, and practical wisdom for the journey.

Catch the replay if life gets in the way of a workshop
Return as often as you need, whether you’re navigating school accommodations, emotional regulation, executive function, friendships, or simply a hard week.
Imagine if, six months from now,

You’re no longer wondering if you’re doing enough.
You understand your child’s behavior more clearly. You have practical strategies that fit your family instead of trying to force someone else’s formula.
When a new challenge comes along, you know where to turn. You don’t have to start from scratch or spend hours searching the internet for answers.
You’ve built friendships with other Catholic moms who understand your journey and are praying for your family.
Most importantly, you’re parenting with greater clarity, confidence, and peace—not because life is suddenly easy, but because you no longer have to navigate it alone.
That’s the kind of steady, faithful support you’ll find inside the Leonie Circle.
